WellSpring has no job openings, BUT what we do have are needs, ...and an interest in finding people who are passionate about their faith; have a burden for ministry to individuals, couples and families with behavioral health, mental health, and interpersonal relationship needs; who want to be part of a supportive community of counselors/coaches who are of like mind.  We are seeking only those people desiring to pursue private practice, who fit specific specializations or niches which we currently lack. 

Current needs include the following areas of focus:

• Experienced Career and vocational counselor
• Adolescent Specialist with specific training and experience in Eating Disorders
• Experienced Play Therapist
• Male LICDC
• LISW, therapist and clinical supervisor
• M.D. Psychiatrist

WellSpring clinicians / coaches are 1099 Independent Contractors who participate in helping to market their own private practices.  They are, with a few exceptions, asked to secure a satellite office location in addition to their having the use of current offices.  WellSpring provides billing, ongoing training, mentoring, support and oversight, as well as a broad range community marketing for staff.
