WellSpring needs your help.  We’ve got lots of meaningful ways to get involved.

• Internships – Masters students; undergraduate students, and high schoolers each have customized experiences which provide career exposure and experience in the field of private practice, professional/clinical, Christian counseling.
• Administrative Support - In a positive, caring, learning environment, come be trained to work with staff and clients; answer phones; work on projects which support the administrative needs of a vital ministry.  For those with proper screening and maturity, and after considerable training provide client phone intake support.
• Newsletter Editor – For the journalist, writer who has experience using Microsoft Publisher, lend creativity, leadership and oversight to The Source, the WellSpring quarterly newsletter.
• Insurance Specialist – for that retired office administrator or stay at home mom who wants to help people who do not have access to affordable, professional Christian counseling; we need an individual who will make calls to insurance companies to inquire about opportunities for WellSpring clinicians to join panels; to look into client benefit limits of coverage; to inquire about general client and clinician needs.
• Web-data input – The WellSpring website is the hub for addressing public, private and professional needs in Central Ohio and beyond.  Input specialists will keep the site current for upcoming classes, workshops, conferences, new staff and intern additions; changes in satellite locations, and much much more.
• Researcher – Help WellSpring staff, speakers, and teachers stay current by providing internet research on current trends, hot topics, and relevant Christian and secular resources.
• Media Specialist – Help us provide excellent video and audio resources for clients, workshops and classes.  Knowledgeable individuals will assist staff in technology needs including IT support, video recording and projection in counseling offices, and off-site for workshops, classes and conferences.
• Pastor/ Church Relations Specialist – Research church needs in our community.  Set appointments with pastors and ministry leaders for staff to go and present the many offerings WellSpring has to serve and equip the local church.  For the right individual, become a church and community liaison for WellSpring.
• Volunteer Sexton – help WellSpring keep counseling affordable by maintaining and cleaning our offices, waiting and administrative areas weekly.
• WellSpring Photographer – The newsletter, the website, wall and booth displays to name just a few of the ongoing venues with needs for creative, artistic and powerful pictures which capture the essence of life-changing ministry.  Get involved monthly or quarterly and get your keen eye and creative juices flowing.
