Professional
Darwin Shieh has been with Wellspring Counseling since 2006. He began his work as an intern while completing his Master's program. Darwin is licensed by the State of Ohio as a Professional Clinical Counselor. He is a member of the American Counseling Association. He is a graduate of the Ohio State University with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. His Master of Arts degree in clinical pastoral counseling was completed in 2006 at Ashland Theological Seminary. Darwin has been certified to administer PREPARE/ENRICH to premarital/marital couples. He also has some ability to communicate in Mandarin. Darwin has had the opportunity to work with a variety of ages in very diverse settings.
Personal
Darwin has led several small groups/Bible studies at his church working with college students, young adults, and couples. Darwin also helped coordinate a monthly ministry to feed the homeless in downtown Columbus partnering with the Open Shelter. In his previous occupation, Darwin served many different people from diverse backgrounds as a Pharmacist. Darwin has been married since 2004 and is a proud father of two children. He enjoys playing golf and tennis in his spare time.
