The goal of WellSpring Workshops is to “Equip the saints for works of service.” (Ephesians 4.12) Our desire is to strengthen the body of Christ at any and every level by providing these equipping opportunities. WellSpring provides diverse training opportunities. WellSpring’s workshops for individuals/couples, professionals/interns, pastors and ministry leaders encompass the spectrum of clinical, therapeutic, and pastoral concerns.
In-house training for staff (all staff trainings are intended to be provided for free or at significantly discounted rates.):
- Through twice monthly staffings, we offer staff and interns clinical applications which have their foundations in biblical principles. Staff share scriptural interventions, with an emphasis upon looking into the Word of God and applying it to life crises and transitions.
- Quarterly Trainings provide clinical, coaching and intern staff with a variety of biblically principled professional offerings which include, but are not limited to: Prepare/Enrich marital and premarital assessments; Sharing the Gospel in the Clinical/Coaching Setting; Redemptive Marriage Therapy; Treating Mood Disorders; Treating Eating Disorders and Self-mutilation Behaviors; Building Your Private Practice; How to have Church Appointments, and many more.
- Organized trips for staff to get training at Conferences and Events have included: Smart Marriages annual conference; Daniel Amen Brain conference; John Gottman Marital training conference; AACC (American Association of Christian Counselors) annual conference.
Out-house Public Offerings for training (designed to be offered at very affordable rates):
- Offerings for pastors, ministry leaders, counselors/coaches, and individuals and couples include, but are not limited to: Prepare/Enrich marital and premarital assessments; Treating Temperamental Tensions for Conflicted Couples; Redemptive Marital Therapy; Intentional Marriage; SOS – Save Our Sanity for youthworkers and parents of teenagers; Intentional Parenting; Setting Healthy Boundaries in Pastoral Ministry; EMI (Equipping Ministries International) workshops such as Listening For Heaven’s Sake, or Speaking the Truth in Love.
