Tramise has a passion for helping individuals and families “GROW” through the transitions in their lives.  She has almost 15 years of experience working with women, helping them to unmask their potential and work through their challenges. She is certified in Gottman Training Level 3 for Couples Therapy, as well as certified in EMDR. Tramise is a published author. She and her husband, Keith, have one grown daughter, two teenage sons and one grandchild. They are members of Calvary Tremont where they work together in ministry.
