Beth Caldwell

Elizabeth Caldwell, NCC, LPC received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Elizabeth (Beth) is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) certified by National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the State of Ohio.

Beth completed internships in AOD outpatient counseling and in private practice prior to working in private practice and as an Employee Assistance Counselor for Air Force civilian employees. Beth conducted diagnostic assessments for mental and emotional disorders as well as alcohol and other drugs use disorders in adults, and provided trauma-informed care through behavioral and mental health counseling for a wide range of mental and behavioral health issues. Beth has actively sought extra training in trauma, eating disorders, sleep issues and chronic pain. Beth has also sought training in sand tray and play therapy techniques for children and adults.

Beth is sensitive and caring, and dedicated to building a culturally sensitive, respectful relationship with her clients. She strives to walk alongside her clients in a trusting, sensitive manner. Beth employs an integrative approach to psychotherapy that focuses on meeting the client where they are and matching therapeutic interventions to the individual or family. Beth works hard to develop a good rapport with clients and is enthusiastic, supportive and genuine in her approach to clinical practice.  Beth utilizes person-centered practices combined with cognitive behavioral approaches to support maximum growth and change in her clients.
