Cat has a generalist practice at WellSpring and meets primarily with adolescents and young adults. Cat has experience working in community mental health, mentoring and counseling individuals during and post incarceration, mentoring and counseling at-risk and high-risk youth, and individual counseling with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health concerns (PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Spiritual issues, etc.). Cat is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Feedback Informed Therapy, and In-Home Behavioral Therapy. Cat aims to create a strong therapeutic alliance during sessions and uses a compilation of therapy approaches to best support the person seeking counseling. Cat enjoys planning and attending parties with friends, playing with her daughter at the park, and coffee shops, and watching The Good Doctor with her husband.
