Deborah Franklin is a military veteran and former school teacher with twenty years experience in the K-12 environment. She served as a special and regular education teacher in the US and overseas in the Middle east. Deborah believes in serving others with compassion, integrity and authenticity. She is currently a graduate student at Liberty University pursuing a degree Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is also the founder and lead facilitator of Healing Hearts, an inner healing outreach ministry, that was launched in church and is now expanded to the correctional environment. Deborah enjoys writing books, traveling and nature walks.
