Jeff has had his independent license since 1995, and has worked primarily with adolescents and their families in various settings from community-based to residential. Jeff currently works in WellSpring’s outpatient setting with older adolescents and adults, with a focus on trauma recovery. Jeff’s education, training, and experience range from Biblical theology, pastoral ministry, sociology, community development, child and family mental health, foster/adoptions, and traumatic stress.

Jeff has been married to his  gracious  gracious wife for 37 years (2026) and they currently have two cats and a dog, all rescues. Jeff’s hobbies include playing multiple musical instruments, reading and walking the dog.
