Lori Trost

Intern

Lori is currently pursuing her Masters’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Asbury Theological Seminary. Previously she earned a Bachelor’s in Social Work at James Madison University in Virginia. She serves young adults to middle-aged women at WellSpring as a counseling intern. Lori has worked in ministry in various forms for many years, serving on her church’s prayer team and leading bible studies and small groups.

Lori is passionate about walking alongside individuals dealing with trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, struggles in ministry, depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues, and cares about women facing many of life’s challenges, whether they be single, married, or divorced.

She and her husband, Ben, have three teen daughters, with her oldest attending OSU. They attend Vineyard Columbus Church, where they serve and worship together as a family.
