Lorien Parkinson

Lorien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Music Performance from The Ohio State University. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. Lorien is a passionate, bubbly, hard-working, and empathetic individual. She believes in empowering others to use their voice and confidently navigate through life with a firm awareness of their worth. Lorien derives great joy in seeing the goodness and strengths in everyone and helping them recognize it too.
Apart from work, Lorien enjoys pursuing various hobbies like hiking, running, crocheting, and being a haphazard plant mom. She and her husband are members of Dwell Community Church. Lorien dedicates much of her time to leading an urban high school bible study and mentorship. Her life goal is to help as many individuals as possible understand the transformative healing power of God’s love.
