Payton earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University and is working towards her Master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is committed to supporting and encouraging people as they discover the hope and freedom found in Christ. Payton feels grateful for the opportunity to engage in counseling relationships and cultivate spaces for growth and healing. Payton also works for a local family preservation ministry committed to extending Biblical hospitality to the socially isolated. She leads a mentorship program and frequently serves in the children’s ministry at her church, Garden City. Payton loves hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors with her husband.
